Darcy A Good Sign

THE Western Bulldogs hope ruckman Luke Darcy's re-signing will be the springboard to get the AFL club out of its present rut.
Darcy, voted by his peers as the game's best player last season, yesterday signed a new four-year contract which will tie him to the Bulldogs for the rest of his career.
It was a major coup for the Bulldogs, who still have up to half their playing list out of contract at season's end.
